Upcoming Schedule
The first match of the upcoming round will be between New York City FC and the Philadelphia Union. Then, the NY Red Bulls will play the SJ Earthquakes at home. DC United will host the Houston Dynamo, and Columbus Crew will face off Orlando City SC. FC Dallas will play Toronto FC, and the Colorado Rapids will host the Seattle Sounders. Real Salt Lake will play host to the Vancouver Whitecaps, and the LA Galaxy will play Sporting KC at the StubHub Center. The final two games of the round will be between the Philadelphia union and NE Revolution, and the Portland Timbers and New York City FC. Those are the upcoming matches, and now, let's take a look at my MLS Fantasy tips.
MLS Fantasy Tips
There are some good opportunities to get lots of points and to climb higher in the standings in your MLS Fantasy game during this upcoming round. One player to consider getting on your squad is Obafemi Martins. He will be playing on the road against the Colorado Rapids, who have only won once in nineteen matches. He is pricey at $11.3 million, but he has been consistent this season, and I wouldn't be surprised if he puts in a goal or two in that game. Another player that I'm looking at is DaMarcus Beasley. Since Ike Opara, ($7.3 million) will be out for the rest of the season with an achilles injury, I think that Beasley would be a good substitute player. I think that he will likely get up the wing more, increasing the chances of him getting an assist or two, and plus, he's also relatively inexpensive at $7.2 million. One more player to consider getting on your team is Stefan Ishizaki. Without having a goal or an assist against Seattle, he was still able to get a solid six points in that game. I think that he would be good to have on your squad, since he is inexpensive at $8.0 million, and because he has consistently been earning a solid amount of points per game. Those are my MLS Fantasy tips for this upcoming round.
